Hi, I'm Nika.
I'm an ex-big agency Brand Strategy Director who helps independent studios & designers do strategy themselves.
After 8 years of cutting my teeth on monster projects for Diageo, Unilever, PepsiCo in London, I have mastered world-class brand strategy but hit burnt out hard. I quit my beloved job, moved to the West Coast & started working with independent studios I was passionate about. These agencies didn't do brand strategy the way I was trained, and their clients didn't have the time or the budget for my big agency process.
So I had to innovate. Over the past 7 years I have worked with 20+ agencies and mastered a new leaner way to do strategy that still delivers clarity & inspiration, but in less time. I now teach this workflow & frameworks, so studios can do it themselves.
